SnowBid terms

SnowBid Scout is a TraderHand service for businesses finding public snow and ice work in New York and New Jersey. Please read these terms before starting a trial or buying access.

What the service provides

We collect selected public procurement listings, link to their official sources, and organize the facts we can verify: locations, deadlines, scope, requirements, documents and changes. The signed-in catalog also keeps previously monitored opportunities marked expired, closed or cancelled.

Our operating target is a full catalog refresh each day during the 2026–27 season. The “Last refreshed” timestamp shows the latest completed review. Source outages, inaccessible documents and other interruptions can delay a refresh; an edit to one listing does not reset the timestamp. We label information we could not verify. Updates are to the catalog; the pass does not include personal alerts or bid preparation.

SnowBid is an information service. It does not guarantee every available opportunity, real-time updates, accuracy of third-party notices, suitability or eligibility for a particular contractor, or the award of work. Always check the issuing agency’s current notice, complete package and addenda before acting. We do not register you, submit bids, or contact agencies for you.

Trial and season pass

Sign in by verifying your email. Your first SnowBid sign-in before May 1, 2027 starts one seven-day trial of the full catalog; no payment card is needed. The trial does not restart when you sign out or return. A trial started before May 1 runs for its full seven days, although daily catalog monitoring ends with the season on April 30. No new trials or season passes start after that date. After a trial ends, full access during the season requires a season pass.

The 2026–27 season pass costs $49 USD in one payment, plus any tax shown at Stripe checkout. It provides full catalog access and the updates described above through April 30, 2027. Access expires at 12:00 AM Eastern on May 1, 2027 (2027-05-01T04:00:00Z), regardless of purchase date. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. If a payment succeeds but access does not appear, contact us with your checkout email; we will verify the payment.

Your use of SnowBid

Keep your sign-in email account secure. You may use the catalog for your own business evaluation and bidding. Do not resell access, automate bulk extraction, or present SnowBid’s research as an official agency notice. Agency sites and bid packages may have separate terms that you must follow.

For access problems, corrections or a refund request, email [email protected]. We review refund requests in light of the access delivered and applicable law. These terms do not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.
